EFT therapy (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is a fantastically effective talking/energy therapy that identifies, shifts and releases the negative emotions we have about not becoming parents. It involves you literally ‘tapping’ on the acupuncture meridians of energy in your body. It’s very easy, and I show you how (and explain how & why it works at a biological, neurological level).
My transformational programmes – personalised for you – are a successful mix of therapy, reflection and most important of all, a fundamental change in how you are feeling. There’s even a bit of laughter as well.
Sometimes clients are unsure how they could possibly feel better after everything they’d been through, but they do. In amazing ways. And very quickly. They love their new outlooks and the way they’re not triggered by the things that used to upset them – the baby talk, the parenting talk, the “you wouldn’t know, you’re not a parent”, the talk about grandchildren, and all those other things you’ve experienced.
My style is warm, friendly and informal, while focusing on providing the professional support you need.

Grief is a natural and necessary part of the healing process. We need to grieve, and to grieve properly. It can’t be rushed or diminished, but we can take some of the pain away, and make grief less overwhelming. If you’re in any of the stages of grief (denial, anger, depression or acceptance – although that’s a very loaded word and we’ll talk more about that during the sessions), you may wish to lessen the intensity of those feelings, so that you can function better in your daily life.
